Are you interested in guiding others through the writing process? Are you knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and patient? Do you want to be a better reader, writer, and school leader?
This might be the English elective for you!
As a Writing Center Consultant, you will have both typical class assignments and the practical responsibilities of working in the Writing Center. That means that there will be weekly assignments including reading, writing, and various action projects of your design. You will have lots of instruction and support to learn to be a successful writing consultant. On the practical side, you will also have the opportunity to work with Pioneer students on their writing!
